Hello

Ben is a Creative Director, surfer and father (not necessarily in that order). 

His work has been parodied on the Jimmy Kimmel show, praised by Snoop Dog and showcased around the world in multiple Google case studies as best in class advertising.   

He has worked in the US and Australia (but prefers the coffee and consistent surf of his home break on Sydney’s northern beaches).  

Beyond winning the inaugural Mobile Grand Prix at Cannes, his work has won hundreds of accolades and honours, garnering recognition from every major creative and effectiveness award show (Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clios, The Andy Awards, New York Festivals, The Webbys, Spikes Asia, Young Guns, Effies), as well as some friends, his Mum and Dad, his wife and some fairly random but obviously kind people on Twitter. 

Outside of advertising, Ben regularly lectures at Miami Ad School and AWARD School. He also has three small children, one wife and very little personal time.

Below are some of his career highlights:

Won the inaugural Mobile Grand Prix at Cannes.

Somehow got Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent to share his work.

Inspired the communications industry to re-imagine the possibilities of display advertising.

Helped people from over 57 countries to actually 'Buy The World A Coke' from their phones.

Turned Google Translate into a platform to help rebuild Japan’s spirit after the 2011 earthquake.

Helped Johannes Leonardo win Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year in 2011.

Invited Maria Sharapova, Jimmy Kimmel and the world to show off Google’s latest innovations

Helped V Energy become the fastest growing energy drink in Australia ahead of Red Bull. 

Caught the attention of World Leaders during the UN General Assembly to encourage the elimination of HIV around the world.

Made a simple campaign for soup that’s now being used by Google as a global case study.

Helped turn Australia into one of the world’s top culinary destinations.

Represented the USA at Cannes Young Lions, and came home with bronze.

Created Australia’s favourite Christmas campaign of 2017.
